The Harwood family have been supplying the food industry with quality produce for over 200 years. For many years the family served the people of Bolton as Greengrocers then Bakers and now as high-quality Pastry Chefs. Award-winning Pastry Chef, Andrew Harwood, uses his 17 years of experience of working at some of the UK’s finest restaurants and hotels to create bespoke, handmade patisserie and chocolates with a vibrant, modern twist. Andrew takes time and care to develop his unique products. Using fresh quality ingredients blended with an original and bold approach to flavours, producing patisserie and chocolates that are hard to surpass.
