A blackcurrant cheesecake mousse filled with blackcurrants on a digestive biscuit base topped with vanilla mousse and chocolate leaf.
Ingredients:cream cheese(MILK),sugar, blackcurrant 16%,cream(MILK),butter(MILK),water, white chocolate(minimum cocoa solids 30%,sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder,SOYA lecitin, vanilla extract), oatflakes, flour(WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin),partially inverted refiners syrup,MILK,EGG, setting agent:pork gelatine(SULPHITES),cocoa butter, vanilla(water, monopropylene glycol, colour(caramel E150a)flavourings),titanium dioxide, colour( glucose syrup, water, sugar,*E129,E151,E406,E330,E202).
