Mince pie macaron
Two almond cookies filled with white chocolate brandy infused ganache and spiced fruit filling.
Ingredients: chocolate 32% minimum cocoa solids 30% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), sugar, fruit filling 16%(glucose syrup, apples, currants, sultanas, dextrose, candied mixed peel (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose syrup),water, sugar, vegetable suet (palm oil, sunflower oil, rice flour), modified maize starch, acidity regulators (citric acid, acetic acid), mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon, cassia, cloves, nutmeg(ammonia caramel), ground cinnamon, natural flavourings),almonds 10% (NUTS),cream (MILK),EGG, sugar paste( sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, E422, E413, rice starch, high oleic sunflower oil, E466, E202, E330), brandy 2%(alcohol 40%volume), vanilla, titanium dioxide.
